This crucial phase of the project was carried out to ensure the highest accuracy and reliability of the devices for monitoring the temperatures of the ultra-coastal waters of the Mediterranean Sea. the texts were held in the presence of Stefano Marras and Alberto Ribotti of CNR IAS, the project coordinator, <em>Sergio Stagno<\/em>, and the consultant for communication activities , <em>Alessandro Madeddu<\/em>.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/msp.netsoul.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/DSC05514-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1036\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>In the <em>Torregrande<\/em> laboratories, the data logger sensors went through a series of rigorous tests to verify their performance. These tests were later supplemented by <strong><em>practical tests at sea<\/em><\/strong>, ensuring that the devices function properly in the real-world environmental conditions in which they will be used. <\/p>\n\n<p>To proceed further with the project, a <strong>multi-parameter probe<\/strong> was used in addition to the loggers that will be provided to participating citizens. This advanced instrument is capable of detecting a variety of environmental parameters, providing complementary data essential for a comprehensive understanding of marine dynamics. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/msp.netsoul.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/DSC05566-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1037\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>&#8220;The testing and calibration phase is critical to the success of the <strong>MedSeaPod<\/strong> project,&#8221; said <em>Dr. Alberto Ribotti<\/em> of CNR IAS. &#8220;The use of the multiparameter probe allows us to collect extremely detailed data, improving the quality of our analyses.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n<p>The involvement of citizens, who will receive the loggers, is a key element of the project.
